Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: For physical / CVB LUXE products at this time, all sales are final. Please double check your order before checking out. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours at shop@cvbstylez.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

A: All Digital product purchases are FINAL! If there are any issues with the digital product please contact shop@cvbstylez.com. The digital products will be emailed to you ASAP soon as you make the purchase.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For preorder items, please allow 2–3 weeks total (production + delivery). In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, U.S. delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Q: What are preorders?
A: Preorders allow you to reserve your item before we have it in stock. We collect orders weekly, place them with our vendor, and ship them to you as soon as they arrive. This helps us keep costs lower for you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship within the United States.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Q: What if I put the wrong address?
A: Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
