📌 Shipping Policy

• Processing time: In-stock orders ship in 2–3 business days. Preorders take 2–3 weeks depending on vendor and shipping times.
• Carriers: We ship through USPS/UPS with tracking.
• Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Lost/stolen packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”

Shipping Address Policy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may or may not be possible before shipment, so please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

📌 Preorder Policy

• Preorders are open weekly. Once the preorder window closes, items are ordered from the vendor.

• Preorders cannot be canceled once placed.

•  Please allow 2–3 weeks for your preorder to ship.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

1. All orders are final once submitted.
   Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

2. No cancellations are accepted once an order has been processed.:

   • The order being forwarded to our fulfillment team or supplier

   • The item being purchased, prepared, packaged, or shipped

   • A shipping label being created
